Insurance-Covered Medical Weight Management
Our Insurance-Covered Medical Weight Management service provides physician-directed, evidence-based care for individuals seeking medical support with weight loss and obesity management. Care is delivered during scheduled clinic visits and billed to participating insurance plans when eligible. Treatment plans are personalized to support sustainable health improvement.
Clinic visits are billed to your insurance plan when applicable. As with other medical services, patients are responsible for any required copayments, deductibles, and coinsurance based on their individual insurance benefits. Coverage for specific services, tests, or medications may vary by plan.

Enhanced Physician Access
For patients who want additional support between visits, My Weight 1st Medical offers Enhanced Physician Access, an optional membership that provides direct communication access to your physician for non-urgent questions related to your weight management plan.
Membership Cost: This program is available to established patients of My Weight 1st Medical and offered as a monthly membership of $49, providing ongoing physician-guided care and enhanced support. Membership fees are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.
Because this program is structured as a self-pay membership, services are not billed to insurance.
Enhanced Physician Access is intended for non-urgent communication related to your weight management plan and does not replace scheduled medical visits or emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. SMS messaging is not a secure communication channel, and patients should not send protected health information (PHI) via text; standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply.
